These were just so so. Followed the recipe exactly. They seemed dry and crumbly even when cooked for less time than suggested. Some fell apart when taking them off the cookie sheet. I will look for another recipe next time.

Stuffed Green Peppers I

Wonderful! I used canned diced tomato and added some beef base to the meat rice mixture. I also used ground turkey. So delicious! Will make again and again and again........

I thought this was a wonderful recipe. I added about 1/4 cup more flour and refrigerated the dough before rolling as it was a little loose. It was a hot/humid day so that could be why it was loose. I will definitely make these again!

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

These are so delicious. They are so pretty. I followed the recipe exactly except for the glaze. I needed to add a little more milk to make it drizzling consistency. I also used the chapstick lid to make the indentations! Will make every year from now on!

Macaroni Caesar Salad

I found this recipe to be boring and rather flavorless when made exactly as written. I searched my kitchen to find something to give it a little kick. I added sliced green olives and diced fresh tomato. That helped. I think adding onions, cucumbers, green or red pepper, celery or anything like that would be better also.

Cake Mix Cookies IV

My husband hated these. I thought they were ok. I added mini chocolate chips. They were way too sweet. I also tried another batch without the chocolate chips and rolled the balls in cinnamon/sugar. These were a little better. Just ok

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars III

Took these camping. Family loved them. My husband, who normally doesn't care for chocolate/peanut butter treats, went crazy over them. I tried to make the peanut butter layer "crumblier" like others did but next time I will follow directions exactly since I think that layer would be better if it was gooey. Will make these again!
