Sweet Potato and Black Bean Chili
I was looking at the nutritional values of this and it seems quite high. 600 calories per serving? Does that come from the potatoes or the beans. There doesnt seem to be much else that would account for it. I would love to try this but being on Weight Watchers and computing points of 12 I am hesitant. What is the serving size?

Ultimate Potato Soup
This was an excellent soup. I didnt have celery on hand so I chopped 4 carrots and added a cup of frozen peas. I added one cow brand cheese to the sauce. I didnt puree as stated in the recipe and it came out nice a creamy. Next time I will try and make it with less fat. This would make a great clam chowder.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake
Love this recipe. Have made it several times and dont change anything unless I dont have buttermilk. I then make sour milk using milk and vinegar. This recipe doubles well.
