Roasted Garlic

I think you mean to preheat to 350 not 250 degrees. I roasted the garlic for 30 minutes at 350 & that wasn't long enough for a paste. I would roast it for 45 minutes at 350 for the paste. I made beefaroni & added 2 roasted heads of garlic. It was delicious!

Reindeer Poop

I just found this recipe & wondered if anyone has poured the whole batchful out on wax paper, & then broke-up after cooling. Wanted to know if there was an easier way due to nerve damage in my arms. Please let me know by responding. Thanks.

Never Enough Green Bean Casserole

Made this for Thanksgiving. 3 hours before dinner was served I doubled the recipe, mixed it all up & put it in the crock pot on low. Let's just say everyone ate green bean casserole this year! Hardly any left after dinner!

Banana Peanut Butter Bread

I doubled this recipe to fit in a rectangle pan, increased the peanut butter by 1/2 cup, decreased the flour by 1/2 cup & it came out great! Delicious!

Fireman's Apple Pie

I thought this was a great recipe, however, it needs to be tweaked depending on your own taste. I added more cinnamon & also nutmeg. It is not very sweet, which is another thing I liked about it. Also, it comes out more like a cake than a pie. I also doubled the recipes & used a larger pan.
