Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Love this recipe!! My friend said it tasted better than my hubby's fancy version and it's really close to Cracker Barrell's version. It's so easy, too! Yummm!!!

Truly Coconutty Cream Pie

I had never used vanilla beans before, but it was soooo worth it! This recipe is awesome! I've made it at least three times in the past month, because everybody just keeps wanting more. :) I have to admit though, I did use pre-made crusts to save time, but I let the rum soak into it.

Easy Chicken Satay

This was so yummy! I only had time to let the chicken marinate for a half hour, and I forgot to add the soy sauce and lemon/lime juice; and it still tasted awesome! :D

Cranberry Orange Breakfast Bread

We went completely old school with this. My daughter helped me squeeze fresh oranges, which I also zested, and I didn't have allspice, so I kooked that up and mixed it together, too. I didn't have any walnuts, though.

Creamy Cheesecake

Absolutely loved it!!! I didn't have lemon zest, so I used a bit of lemon juice. And I swirled in some raspberry preserves. I've never had such a creamy cheesecake before. Yumm!

Chewy Coconut Cookies

These are some of the best cookies I've ever made! I made 8x the recipe to serve them at my brother-in-law's wedding reception and they were a huge hit. I also love them with added nuts. So far, I've tried them once with almonds and once with pecans. Yummy!
