Steamed Fish with Ginger

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2010
Great! I put the sesame oil on the fish and soy sauce in with the oil instead of on the fish. next time, i'll put the green onions in the oil / soy sauce mix too, since the green onions didn't pop. easy too!

Amy's Sensational Summer Salad

Very nice combination of flavors. I followed the recipe exactly but next time I'll cut back on the vinaigrette. It was a bit much.

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2009
good but not amazing, but I also modified. I used fig preserves and increased (to 2x) the horse radish after reading other reviews. Took the loin out of the oven at 150F and it increased to 158F while sitting. I _want_ to like it more than I do.

Scalloped Cabbage with Fennel and Cranberries

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2009
yum! only 4 stars since i was missing ingredients: used 5tsp of fennel seeds instead of 4, since I didn't have fennel. and used 1/4 C of lemonade instead of cranberry juice. but YUM all the same.

Pork Medallions

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2007
the flavor is fantastic. and easy! (I had ~2x mushrooms, but that seemed fine). The pork was a bit overdone, but I think that's because I browned it too long. I'll definitely make this again.
