Authentic Mexican Tortillas

I followed directions exactly as written. I rate taste at 4 stars however, they were hard to work with. After cooking for 30 seconds each side (after 1 minute didn't work), they did dry out and would not fold as a burrito should. We ate them with a fork but they were very good.

Great taste but I have never gotten them to be light and fluffy and I have made these numerous times. Even so, we love these and they are part of our Saturday morning breakfast.

Pumpkin Oatmeal

I added ALOT to this to make it taste like more than oatmeal with raw pumpkin. I added extra pp spice, cinnamon, salt, raisins and honey. It is now just ok and I really like pumpkin things.

Best Bread Machine Bread

My daughter has never liked bread made by a bread machine until now. Her complaint has always been the bread is too dense. This recipe makes a light bread. Very Yummy! I made a batch using 2 cups whole wheat and one cup white all purpose flour and it was great.

Spinach Lentil Soup

Excellent Lentil Soup. I am currently doing the Standard Process Purification program so with some minor changes this made a perfect soup for me to be able to have. I did not use the jar of salsa but instead substituted (as another reviewer suggested) with tomatoes, cumin, garlic and pepper. My husband added some salsa to his lentils and said it was good. My 7 yr old daughter ate three small bowls!

I can't rate this on the original recipe but only made one change. I added a large scope of peanut butter as others suggested with no additional peanuts. We thought it was very good. Could have used more sauce though.

BLT Dip

Made this for a party. Many thought this was excellent. I thought it was ok. I cooked the bacon in the oven and added shredded cheese after it seemed too boring tasting. I did however eat it on a piece of bread today and it was very yummy, kinda like a chicken salad!
