Had good flavor but WAY WAY WAY too much oil. I debated on using the whole amount but took into account another person's review who said it was the traditional dish. Most of us couldn't even eat it. I wasted almost the whole dish. Quite a disappointment & don't think I'd make it again...if I did I would use half if not less of the oil.

Easy Crab Linguine

Wonderful quick and easy "elegant" meal. I served it with garlic bread and whole wheat spaghettini. The reason that I gave this only four stars was because we found the sauce to be a bit pasty. I would make this again though. Our family gobbled it up...even our picky one! lol

No-Fuss Cinnamon Cheesecake

This recipe was AWESOME!!!! I have a tremendous sweet tooth and this will be made over and over! I did take the advice of another review and added a blueberry pie filling...TO DIE FOR!!! The only thing I wasn't happy about was that the bottom layer of "crust" was not totally cooked and was doughy. I may try next time just baking the bottom for a bit just to ensure that it's cooked at the end. Otherwise a definite keeper! Thanks for the great & easy recipe!

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

This was a great recipe! I used white wine instead of red (all I had) but the flavor was still amazing!! The pork was a little dry though. I followed the recipe but will perhaps reduce the cooking time. Will definitely be using this one again! Thanks!

Firecracker Fried Chicken Drumsticks

This was a great recipe!! I only gave it four stars as I expected the chicken to be spicier. I used my regular hot sauce and marinated the chicken for more than 24hrs but it wasn't spicy. The chicken was very moist and had lots of flavor...I will DEFINITELY be adding this to my list of favorites!! Thanx!

Creamy Homemade Chicken Stew

As with all the other reviewers...I found this recipe to be very tasty but the milk separated and made it look look awful. It was very runny as well so I added some flour to try to thicken it. Not sure that I'll be making this one again.

Traditional Indiana Persimmon Pudding

I purchased persimmon for the first time and this was the recipe I tried. I had company for dinner and both the company and my family LOVED it!! It was alot of work...stirring every 15min, but WELL worth it! We topped it with whipped cream...DELICIOUS!! Thanx for the Wonderful recipe!!
