Pumpkin Pancakes
These were delightful! I made them exactly as the recipe states. I used homeade buttermilk syrup and freshly whipped whipping cream with pecans on top. YUMMO!! Definitely a keeper!

Caramel Apple Pork Chops
This was alright. My dh really liked it, but I just thought it was okay. The kids didn't really care for it. I used my apple peeler/corer/slicer for the apples, which was a breeze. However, I found that while I was caramelizing the apples, there wasn't much sauce afterwards. Next time I will make more sauce with the apples.

Easy Pavlova
For some reason I had a bit of difficulty with this recipe. I guess I was expecting it to be a bit more "fluffy." It came out kind of flat, but tasted okay. I had it with fresh strawberries, as I didn't have kiwi at the time. It was a bit too sweet for me.
