About this Cook
I am a mother of 3 beautiful kids, ages 9, 6, and 10 months. I have a great boyfriend of almost 2 years. I love to cook although I'm not very good at coming up with my own ideas I love trying new recipes.
My favorite things to cook
CASSEROLES! I love mixing everything together in one dish. Oh and if it have cream of mushroom soup or cheese, wait better yet both I'll make it.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Hmm, I love Italian food and a few German/ Polish dishes. Oh and Mexican.
My cooking triumphs
not sure if I've made anything spectacular but I did manage to make a 2 foot Cake of Spiderman's head and shoulders, LOL. My son loved it.
My cooking tragedies
A hamburger bisquick pie, It turned out way to greasy and and the biscuit mix didn't set, ugh and it smelled so good too. Ended up having pizza that night.

Beef and Rice Dish
This was really good! I used instant rice, so I cut the liquid down to 2 cups (used 2 bullion cubes to two cups water, instead of the broth) I also added about a half packet of taco seasoning to jazz it up. I served it with tortillas, refried beans, lettuce and sour cream. It was perfect. My boyfriend really liked it. Very filling and I have enough of the mix leftover so I'm going to try using it in a Mexican Shepard's pie. I would defiantly make this again. Even my 10 month old loved it.

Gravy Stuffing Chicken Bake
I have made this twice in just two weeks, it was delicious! On the second batch I used 2 boxes of stuffing, two cans of cream of mushroom and a big spoonful of sour cream. Everyone loved it. Paired with homemade mashed potatoes and this is a great comfort food meal, thanks for sharing.

Shepherd's Pie
Awesome recipe! My boyfriend and kids loved it. This was super easy to make, I even had filling leftover so I froze it to have a quick batch ready for a quick meal. Thanks a lot for your recipe. My daughter wanted me to add that IT ROCKED!
