Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls

Very good--I changed the ratio of white and whole wheat (flipped it basically) and added 1 tbsp gluten for each cup of whole wheat flour. Still fabulous!

Oat Wheat Bread for Bread Maker

Smells heavenly and nice texture. I did have to add at least 1/4 cup more water, however. Not a big deal since I always check the ratio when it's kneading. I also added 1 tbsp. gluten.

This is my first review...ever. It really is that good. I don't like pineapple but do like the flavor of sweet and sour. I never know what to do with all the elk. I couldn't believe I should really cook the elk that long--thought it would be overcooked. But I cooked it exactly as written and absolutely loved it. Tender, moist, flavorful. Yum!

Oatmeal Waffles

Excellent--I had only old fashioned oats so soaked those with buttermilk for about an hour. Mixed everything else in (beaten eggs last) and made lots of pancakes. Surprisingly good--3 kids and husband loved them.
