Oatmeal Applesauce Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2013
I made this and thought it had great texture but didn't care for the flavor. My hubby didn't care for it either. I will be finishing my loaf up as morning toast though.

Pizza Dough I

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2013
I tried this first in November last year and we love it. I have only used this recipe for pizza crust ever since. This recipe is quick and easy. I use my baking stone and bake it 25 minutes. Give it a try. It's awesome.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2013
I have made this recipe twice and it is what the name states. We love them. Low cal it isn't, but we all need our fruit and the topping really makes them special. These are To Die For. No changes to the recipe except to double it. I made in regular muffin cups and it made 10. Very Yummy, thanks for sharing.

Lemon Zucchini Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2012
Sorry, but this recipe is bad. #1 it doesn't tell you how much zuchinni to add. They come in various sizes. I followed the recipe to a T, Measurements are vital. Maybe 1/2 C. would have been alright.

Honey Wheat Bread I

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2012
I made this 2 months ago and it was teriffic. I just made it again and it turned out great. I made it in my bread maker, just for the dough setting to mix and knead & raise once, then I punched it down and divided it into the 2 loaves and let it raise & baked it 28 mins. Very flavorful and easy to mix up. Kudo's Kristen.

Potato Chip Crunchies

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2012
I tried 2 recipes today and this was the better one. I drizzled them with chocolate as the picture showed. I also added some coconut, once I tasted them. My favorite recipe would be the Potato Chip Cookies VI. They are the closest to my mom's, sweet, crunchy and full of flavor.

Potato Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2012
I tried 2 recipes today and this was the least favorite. Just trying to find one like my mom use to make. Potato Chip Cookies VI is the closest I've found. This recipe is more like a shortbread with potato chips in. Rather bla to me.

Sugar Cookie Glaze

This recipe is very easy to work with. It sets up quickly, so if your adding other toppings, work with a few at a time for best outcome.. I will definately use this recipe again.

Banana Cake VI

This was a delicious cake. Next time I will not put frosting on it. I think some powdered sugar on top would be fine or serve it with whipped topping.

World's Best Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2011
I am a very seasoned cook and make some really good stuff, but potato salad I always struggled with. Mine is ok, but let me tell you what, THIS IS THE BEST. I made it according to directions and my hubby really liked it. We had it for Fathers Day too and it was a hit with my family. Kudos to this great & easy recipe. I made my dressing while the potatoes and eggs were cooling. I actually have enough dressing left for another small batch. YUMMY..

I tried it and it was awesome. I added the zest of 1/2 lemon, but otherwise made it to directions. It's easy and delicious. I make one with coconut also but it has regular milk in it. Yum... Great recipe. Foolproof.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
This is an awesome recipe. I've been making this recipe for years only using half the ingredients. I came up with this recipe by changing an old recipe to fit our needs and whala! My recipe was printed in a Gooseberry Patch Cookbook too. So if you want a good one to fall back on, this is it. I've also tried it using raspberries and peaches. It still comes out very well. I like to make a streusel topping sometimes too. It just makes it more special.

Delicious. The centers on mine caved in, but it could be because I filled them to full. I'd make again.
