I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes. My best interest is in baking. I like making healthy muffins. I really enjoy trying old family favorites from my Grandmother who was German. My mom was also a good cook and could make a meal out of practically nothing. I too have been known to have this talent. I have had several recipes printed in Gooseberry Patch's Cookbooks. I would love to enter a cooking contest. Not to many tragedies but the last one I can think of was bread I forgot was in the oven only had 10 mins left to bake and I went to the garden for some herbs and 40 mins later remembered. I bolted for the house but needless to say it was very overbaked so the birds got a treat.
