Amazing!!! Easy and very tasty, I followed the receipe exactly and it come out perfectly. After reading some of the other reviews, I had considered using a higher grade of pork but decided against it. After making the receipe, I can say that I am happy I used what the receipe called for. In addition, the 30 minutes int he oven added just the right amount of crispiness to the edges of the meat. My husband loved this as well and has already asked when we can add it to the grocery list again!

Barbeque Halibut Steaks

Mexican Bean Salad

Excellent. I served it over a bed of spinach to make a complete meal. I used Splenda instead of sugar, and it was a bit too sweet for my taste. Next time, I will cut the sugar in half. Still very good.

Beans and Greens

A very tasty healthy dish for those of us without much energy after a long day of work. Only thing I substituted was chopped garlic for the garlic powder (you can but this pre-chopped at the grocery store, so I stock it.) This is a keeper for my winter cookbook.

Italian Sausage Soup

Amazing. My husband raved about it for days. Easy to make and very tasty. Only thing we substituted was canned diced tomatos for fresh as it saved time preparing.
