Beef Stroganoff with Noodles

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2001
Excellent recipe, Since everyone said it was to salty I used low sodium and low fat broth, non-fat sour cream and 1 tsp seasoning salt. It turned out good. Not to salty, I did use all the bacon and I don't think it was to much...thanks for the great recipe. michelle

This was a good receipe, although I used less sourcream and added some milk. It was still a little to sourcreamy (is that a word?) though. But we still enjoyed it, thanks, michelle

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: May 5, 2001
This is the best receipe for spaghetti and meatballs I've tried so far, I did use half italian sausage and 1/2 ground beef though. I thought there wasn't enough sause though. That is easy to fix though by adding more tomatoes..thanks for an excellent receipe, michelle

White Frosting

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2001
I was looking for a recipe that didn't use powdered sugar(I was out!)This fit the bill. I don't think I beat it enough. Turned out great though. It was more than enough to frost a 9 x 13 lemon cake. Thanks!michelle

Barengate Bay Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2001
This was a great receipe, although alittle to much lemon. I would only use 1 lemon total. Very easy and quick. I mixed cheddar cheese (campbell's) and cream of chicken with the broth. Turned out great, not to chessy..Thanks, michelle H
