Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2009
This was awesome! My husband has been on a soup kick lately. So every couple days, I am looking for a new soup recipe! Made this exactly as stated, except I used chicken broth in place of the water, no boullion (I didnt have any) and added a 1/3 block of cream cheese. It was soooo good! Thanks for such a great recipe ELL1E11!!

Taco Pizza

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2009
Used a premade crust, but other than that, I follow the directions. My husband and I both liked it. It wasn't the most amazing dinner we've ever had, but it was quick and simple.

This is my first time cooking with rosemary. I didnt care too much for the flavor. Will try again without it. As stated, this recipe was just okay for me!

Kraft® Boston Cream Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2009
This is my husbands favorite so I made it for his birthday. He loved it. I used heavy cream instead of milk just to make sure the cream was thick. Followed all other directions and everyone loved it! Thanks!

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2009
I thought this was okay. If I make it again, I will def cut back on the butter in the topping. It made my crescent dough kinda soggy and I was hoping for something a little crisper. I will also cut back on the sugar that was in the topping... seemed a bit too much. I tossed in some chopped pecans with the topping and I thought it was a nice addition. It had a good flavor but I thought it was just average, nothing specatacular...

Didn't change a thing! I loved it. Tasted even better as leftovers! And I usually never eat leftovers!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2009
Don't get me wrong, these were great cookies!! But I dont think they were THAT much better than most others. It seems to be a pretty basic recipe for delicious chocolate chip cookies, but I could have gotten the same result from a box mix!

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2008
My family and I loved this pasta. Instead of artichokes, I used broccoli and I omitted the capers (dont like) and bacon (didnt have any) and added some grated parmesan to the sauce... but followed the directions for everything else. Great recipe! Thanks for sharing!

Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2008
I made this for my family and it was well received, but needed a few changes. The grape tomatoes were overdone so the second time I made it, I left them whole and sauteed them in olive oil, so when they started to pop I knew they were done. I also grilled the chicken on the george foreman... quick and pretty! I also sauteed mushrooms, vidalia onion and added Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning. I used 16 oz of cream cheese... one I mixed with fresh chopped garlic and the other one was the chive & onion mixture and mixed the two together with some pepper and it was great. Loved it!

Sunshine Toast

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2008
I really like this. Very quick and easy. The last time I made it, instead of just buttering the bread, I dipped it into french toast batter, and then fried the egg in it, and covered in syrup when it was done!! YUM-O! Also, try using Texas Toast, works better than regular bread!
