Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2012
i have made this recipe overa dozen times over the past year. i like to add a 1/2 cup of grated mozzerella or monterey jack cheese to it. I have a girlfriend who is an artichoke spinach dip conneseur, she has tried it everywhere, and mine is her favorite thanks to this recipe!

Blueberry Streusel Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
these worked in a pinch instead of the to die for muffins which are the best. i add 1/2 tsp cinnamon to batter! this streusell topping is great, very thin and even. enjoy!

Hot Bean Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
used buttermilk instead of sour cream (a bit less) in a pinch and didn't have mozzerella, would have been even better for sure! if you dont have hot sauce, just use a bit extra taco season & cayenne. soooo good, will probably make new years eve!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2010
delicious muffins. sift the flour before measuring, otherwise the batter is too thick. also 20 minutes at 400 makes them a bit burned on top for a 12 count med size muffin pan. crumb topping is not my favorite, it tends to not stick to the muffin. Even with these minor setbacks, this is a great recipe! i like to add 1 tsp of cinnamon to the batter too

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2010
i must have done something wrong because I really did not like this pasta salad. the rest of the guests ate it but no one mentioned it specifically. maybe i did something wrong! not a huge ranch fan, that may have been it. dont try this if you dont LOVE ranch.

American-Italian Pasta Salad

Reviewed: May 30, 2010
this gets 5 stars because i usually am not a huge fan of pasta salad, but i loved this! Instead of peas and parsely, i put in broccoli and tomatoes. i didnt have packaged italian dressing, so i just used a few tbsp of italian dressing instead of that and the milk. if it thickens up in the fridge, thats normal, just add a spash of milk! yum thank you

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2009
three adults and 2 kids loved this recipe! used 1/2 & 1/2 instead of milk and a little extra wine, also shortened cooking times to 45 min w/o sauce and 20 with...next time may try reduced sodium mush soup. not only will i make this again but my guests will too. never had such juicy pork in my life, and the gravy was great on the mashed potatoes we have with it. may try what another user reccomended, bed of rice for pork when adding sauce.

Chicken Milano

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2008
the only reason this recipe gets a 4 star instead of a five is because (a) it took too many pots and dishes-would love a simplified version like some commenters mentioned and (b) i was incredibly confused by the consistency of the sauce, mine was rather thin. everything mixed together made great and easy leftovers though! will make again :) tasted great
