Sorry, but I did not love the flavors..I think it was the chicken soup layer that did not seem to go with the mexican taste I was looking for. I might try this again without the soup and add more of a salsa sauce.

Grandma's Corn Chowder

really tasty and simple to make..I added sauteed celery and carrots and used vegetable stock for the water..did not want the fat from the cream so subbed fat-free evaporated milk and also added a handful of frozen corn for more texture.. will make this again, thanks

Traditional French Canadian Tourtiere

This a a really authentic tasting french canadian meat pie ! Easy to make and tasty--the key is really in the meat ,mostly pork and I did also add veal. I also used herb de provence for that thyme flavour...really yummy!!

man this is a good dip/spread!!!!! did the top with panco & parmie..yummm grew loads of jalapenos , so used 5 in this dip plus 2 cans of the green chiles..gets hotter the next day so look out!

Caribbean Zucchini Bread

Idiot proof...I forgot to add the eggs and then 5 minutes into cooking I put them in and the bread still came out delicious!!! I also added dried cranberries and left out the nuts and coconut.WOW!

Stuffed Zucchini I

I stuffed and then baked the zuccchs without pre cooking-just sauted the insides with the crumbs, onions, garlic, carrots and parmesan-I added some low fat cream cheese instead of the cheddar and popped in the oven for 35 mins..easy and tasty..

Creamiest Rice Pudding

Yes-- stove top is the way to go..I used only a 1/4 cup of sugar and added raisins.Stirring is essential but even when I get side-tracked, this still turns out well(if it is too dry I add an extra egg)..comfort food..yummm

Salmon Patties

these turned out really well! I only had the regular Bisquick mix which worked fine and did not use as much bread crumbs as the recipe called for. I used up my left over cooked salmon and tweaked the spices by adding hot sauce and a lemon/herb spice thingie, a dash of salt and pepper and old bay seasoning..easy and tasty!!

Chicken Wing Dip

This was easy to do and tasted great!! if you like buffalo wings you'll love this..I did add more "Franks red hot" and like other reviews used blue cheese dressing instead of ranch, and fresh chicken.

Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce

a little thinner than i was expecting but quite tasty.. I might add a dash of curry powder next time...you need to open windows and run a fan when the veggies begin to simmer as it's hard to breathe with all the pepper juices going wild!
