Pierogi (Polish Dumplings)
Best pierogi recipe I've made so far! A few years ago two dear Polish sisters made pierogi for some friends and it was delicious! I've tried a couple of recipes but have never been able to replicate exactly what they made that day. This is the closest yet! Delicious served with sour cream. I substituted the flour for half plain flour and half wholemeal flour and also added some grated cheese to the potato filling. I am off to boil up the second batch right now! :D

Potato and Cheese Frittata
Brilliant base recipe! This went down a treat in our house tonight. Added an extra egg (all beaten with an electric beater- nice & fluffy!), a red onion, peas, parsley, basil & tumeric. Will definitely make again.

Pierogi II
Great recipe! When the dough ingredients were mixed together I thought it was too wet to be any good but when I rolled it out on the floured board it all came together really well. Used a pint glass to make round pirogi and filled them with equal parts potato, sauted onion and cheddar cheese- they were delicious!
