Red Velvet Cake I

Potato Latkes I

These were fantastic! Next time I'm going to add more onion, because we love onions in my house, and we couldn't really taste them in this recipe. Still delicious though.

This was amazing! It is very close in taste to a local fancy thai restaurant's coconut soup, and next time adding a bit more curry paste will make it exact. I did use lemongrass paste, as I couldn't find fresh, and I used a bit more mushrooms and shrimp than called for. I will be making this again!

Makhani Chicken (Indian Butter Chicken)

What a tasty dish! It's well worth the effort. Very close in taste to the Butter Chicken I've had at Indian restaurants. I couldn't find fenugreek leaves in my area, so I used fenugreek seeds instead, crushed, and they worked fine. All the flavors blended nicely, none overpowered the others.

Sweet Chili Thai Sauce

This sauce is close to the sweet chili sauce that all the restaurants put on their wings. I did do as others mentioned, and doubled the cornstarch (which I mixed with a little cold water first to eliminate lumps). Next time I am going to also reduce the sugar a bit.

Jerky Lover's Jerky - Sweet, Hot and Spicy!

This is the first jerky recipe I tried with my new dehydrator, and it was amazing! Love the little bit of sweet, balanced with the little bit of heat. And the marinade was so great, I think I'll try this with some other meats to BBQ. Thank you for the great recipe! I'll be making this all the time!

I love this recipe! The description says it all, this recipe does not disappoint! There is definitely lots of "kick"! Next time I am going to try it with real garlic though, as I'm sure it'll add even more bite. :)

Cod Fish Cakes

These were fantastic. What a great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. I did dredge them in flour before frying, and next time I will coat them in breadcrumbs first, as I'm sure this will make them even better!

Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno Poppers

What a great recipe. I didnt read the other reviews before I made them, so I didnt know about the cheese melting out, but all I did was scoop it back up and poke it back into the pepper under the bacon. Made these for a "guys night", and they were a HUGE hit. I even ate a few and they were so yummy. They will be a part of every guys night here on out.

Rhubarb Crumble Pie

Great fast easy recipe! I always have so much rhubarb, and I never know what to do with it. Now I do! I'm going to try adding some other fruits next time, like strawberries and blueberries that someone else had suggested. YUM!

Made these for a guy's keg night, and they were a hit! A note though, let them sit for a few minutes after removing from oven before eating them! If not, the oils from the cheese will burn!

Easy Morning Glory Muffins

Fantastic! I love the cafe bought Morning Glory muffins, and it was nice to finally be able to duplicate them at home! Using the review advice, I substituted half a cup of applesauce for the oil, which worked great. A word of warning though if opting not to use the oil; do not sure paper muffin pan liners, as they will stick to the muffins. Also cut sugar in half, and it wasn't missed. I got creative with add ins, adding in some dried cranberries and sunflower seeds. These were amazing! Thank you SO much for sharing this recipe!
