Easy Clotted Cream

This went well w/ Apple Shortbread Pie. The slight tart and sweet married well together.

Irish Coffee

I never thought I would enjoy lamb. Needed some improvement. It is my opinion you could due w/o the white sugar and water.Substitute beef broth in its place. Otherwise, for the first lamb stew I ever made, I am glad I started w/ this recipe. I'm hooked on lamb.

Irish Soda Bread in a Skillet

There was definately room for improvement. Recipe needed to specify small cast iron skillet.However it was edible.

Kelsey's Favorite Stuffed Green Peppers

My husband said it was "delicious" and he was right. I substituted Italian sausage for the ground beef and served it with garlic bread.

Italian Anise Toast

This cookie is delicious toasted or not. My husband is an Italian-American and he loved it. I used a teaspoon of anise extract in place of the seeds. Do not forget the cup of coffee!
