Cocktail Wieners II

What a great variation to the bar-b-que sauce recipe. I like this so much better. If you can get pass the cocktail sauce and grape jelly try adding a can of drained pineapple chunks. It's so good! Thanks Judy for the recipe!

Iced Tea III

What a refreshing idea! The concentrate definitely beats squeezing lemons any day. I found that a whole can was a little to much though, a half a can of the lemonade concentrate works best for our taste. It's a keeper!!

Monkey Bread I

I absolutely love this recipe. I find it works best in a bundt pan - less chance of spilling over. I also like to mix the sugar in a bowl instead of a bag - it's less mess and easier for my daughter to help. Try pouring the brown sugar and butter mixture throughout as you layer that way all pieces get coated evenly. This one is a definite keeper. Thanks LuAnn!!

Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2003
What a winner! This dip is incredible and addictive. I substituted 1 cup of the Monterey cheese w/ a cup of Pepper Jack and it gives it a wonderful kick! No need to grease the baking dish as the cheese will not stick. This one is a definite keeper. I make it for our family all of the time and will continue for years to come!!

Simply the Easiest Beef Brisket

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2003
This recipe definitely lives up to its name - the preparation was almost to easy! The chili sauce gives a wonderful flavor and the beer tenderizes the meat to perfection. I prepared this meal in the morning and let it marinade throughout the day. I will be making this again! Thanks, PMARRIE for the recipe.

Spicy Bean Salsa

This is got to be one of the best!! I took the advise of some of the other reviews and added fresh garlic (instead of g. salt), cilantro (totally makes the recipe)and used fresh diced tomatos (intstead of canned). What a delightful surprise! I've made this for 3 diff. occasions and I'm always asked for the recipe and to make this my "regular" dish. You won't be disappointed.
