Mary's Meatloaf
Great recipe. I have finally found a meatloaf recipe to keep! I served it with mashed potatoes, a cream gravy (the packet gravy from IKEA!) and Apricot Glazed Carrots. Merlot to drink. Yum!

Very good. Next time I may thicken the sauce a bit first (just simmer it on its own).

Pesto Sauce
