Wonderfully moist with great taste - even my picky kids loved them. I did add in a tsp of vanilla. Next time I will definitely add in a fruit...I see this as a versatile recipe...these are easy and so yummy!!!

Man Pleasin' Jambalaya

Huge hit! I made this for a potluck and everyone asked for the reicpe. I substituted fresh mushrooms for the canned. I also only used 4cups of broth but added one can (don't drain out the juice) of diced tomatoes. Yummy!

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

these muffins are great everytime! I've made it as submitted. I have also made substitutions. Used white whole wheat flour and instead of 1/2 veg.oil, we used 1/4 cup veg.oil and 1/4applesauce. Always super yummy!!!!!!!!

Amish Friendship Chocolate Bread

Yum!!! This was very tasty. I used half white whole wheat flour and half all purpose flour and tossed in about a tblsp of flaxseed meal. I did not have chocolate pudding, only vanilla so I added in 1/3 cup of cocoa. I also only had 3/4 of a bag of chocolate chips so I put that in as well. I made one loaf and 12 muffins...the muffins I baked for about 20 min. and they came out perfectly! I will definitely make this again :)

Amish Friendship Bread III

This was a big hit! I thought two apples was going to be too much but it was great! Perfect blend of cinnamon and not too sweet. I used Granny Smith Apples.

Blueberry Crisp II

I too was very skeptical of the mayo but I have made a chocolate cake that used mayonnaise and it was great so I thought I'd give it a try with a crisp. I followed the recipe as is and tah dah....what a hit! It was super easy to prepare and tasted fabuolous!!! I'll be making this one again.
