Quinoa Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2013
My gluten-free sister was a big fan and everyone else seemed to enjoy it too. I followed other posts and added some cinnamon and nutmeg to add a little more sweetness and flavor. It was a fun take on traditional Thanksgiving stuffing. My only complaint was the time it took to prep the squash. Next time I may just buy pre-chopped Squash.

Peach Cobbler Chex Party Mix

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2013
crunchy, sweet easy snack. Definitely listen to directions and store loosely covered. If you cover airtight (I made that mistake with a small portion I brought to my friend's house), the freeze dried peaches turn chewy probably from absorbing the syrup from the surrounding chex.

Candied Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2013
I didn't make enough! I couldn't keep up with the demand at the Thanksgiving table. This was a great fun dish to make. Definitely cut the butter and brown sugar in half. I did, and it was still sweet. You could probably cut back even more than half. I will probably try that next time. Save the calories but still have a deliciously sweet dish!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2013
I just made this for Thanksgiving and my family loved it! There was nothing left. I did as everyone else suggested and sauteed the onions first. I also used fresh green beans and steamed them. I even made this a few days before Thanksgiving and froze it. I thawed it 24 hours in advance and then popped it in the oven to reheat--sprinkled French's crunchy onions on top. Delicious!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2011
My family loved this! First cheesecake I've ever made and it blew everyone away. I followed other suggestions to use Pumpkin Pie filling instead of the puree. I also made the cheese layer thicker than the recommended amount. The layers were perfect and I can't wait to make this again!

Pad Se Eew

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2011
Loved this recipe. The only addition I made was to double the sauce mixture. My first go round was a little dry, but with another pour of sauce, it was perfect
