Baked Ziti I

After seeing how many great reviews this recipe received, I made it for Sunday dinner for our extended families. When I told my Father what we were having the week before, he was not impressed (he's not a pasta lover), but when he tried some he loved it!! Everyone could not say enough great things about this ziti. I made 2 dishes of it and my husband and had leftovers for a few days after. I will definitely make this dish agian! This recipe is in the front of my recipe box with the ones I use the most!

Slow Cooker Bean Casserole AKA Sweet Chili

This was a good side dish recipe. It definitely didn't make enough for a meal. I made it as a side for a picnic instead of baked beans and everyone thought it was pretty good.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

My husband said that this was the best pork he's ever eaten! I followed the recipe exactly except for using a much smaller loin since there's only 2 of us. Very good, Will make again!!

This was delicious!! I always thought Salmon tasted a little fishy, but since its so good for you, I wanted to give it a try. The flavor is great! I followed the recipe exactly and I'll definitely be making this again!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

This stuffing is awesome!! Everyone at Thanksgiving dinner raved about it!! In order for this recipe to turn out right, you have to follow the directions: "Pour in enough broth to moisten." Once the bread is moistened, stop adding broth.

This was a good, easy salmon recipe! Nice flavor without being too sweet. I used a red onion, and wish I would've let it cook on the sauce pan for longer than 15 minutes to make it softer.

My go-to chicken and dumplings recipe! This recipe's easy and delicious! The only changes I make is to use the J.P. Daddy's Biscuit recipe from Allrecipes instead of the refrigerated dough, and add a little added pepper.

Chicken Marsala

This was delicious!! I realized when I went to make it that I didn't have any sherry on hand, so I substituted apple cider for the sherry. Other than that, I followed the recipe. I used baby bella mushrooms and put everything over a bed of spaghetti, Mmmmm!!

Stuffed Turkey Legs
