Fudgy Chocolate Drops

These are easy, good cookies. The problem is, there isn't a lot of flavor. I'd recommend adding some sort of chips to the batter - chocolate, peanut butter, mint, etc.

Fiesta Chicken and Rice Bake

The rice mixture was really good, but the chicken was bland. Next time, I'll cube the chicken and make it more of a casserole type dish, and hopefully give the chicken more flavor.

Zesty Chicken Wings

We've tried several wing recipes and these have been our favorite so far! The sauce is perfect! I definitely recommend these to anyone who likes barbecue-style wings!

Baked Spiced Chicken

I was not a fan of this at all. The brown sugar made the spice taste weird and it just had way too much spice in general for me. We won't be making this again.

This was a delicious meatloaf recipe - especially if you're a fan of a more "traditional" meat loaf, as my husband is (and he asked for seconds)! We served this with home made mashed potatoes and lima beans.

Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops in Zesty Sauce

These were decent, the pork chops were really tender, but the sauce wasn't amazing. I doubt we'll make them again. Served with white rice and sweet peas.

Bacon-Roasted Chicken with Potatoes

This recipe was pretty good, if you like a dry-rub type seasoning. My husband ate seconds, my son ate all of his. We used boneless skinless chicken breasts instead of thighs and drumsticks. I served this with spinach.

Anna's Amazing Easy Pleasy Meatballs over Buttered Noodles

This was so easy to prepare and really delicious! It was like beef stroganoff (sp?), but much easier! I would highly recommend this for a busy evening meal!

Alison's Slow Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup

This was a little salty, but really good. Next time, I'll substitute tomato juice for the water to make a thicker soup and cut the bouillon cubes in half. Beyond that, it was a great meal served with bread and butter that we'll definitely make again!

I wasn't a very big fan of this. I used more of a pot-roast type cut of meat, because my store didn't have brisket, so to me, it tasted like pot roast with BBQ sauce. We probably won't make this again.

A Twist on Pasta Salad

Magic Cookie Bars from EAGLE BRAND®

These are AWESOME! I don't know if a person would really get 36 bars from this recipe, and I did have to double the butter/graham crackers, but everyone at home and work loved them and they will become a quick dessert staple for us!

Mexican Casserole

This wasn't the best casserole, per se, but made an awesome "dip" for tortilla chips. It was just too runny to eat as a casserole. However, we would definitely make this again, we would just forgo the tortillas and put it over tortilla chips for serving.

Margie's Sour Cream Pork Chops

While these were the most tender pork chops I've ever eaten, my family wasn't a huge fan of the flavor. I was really upset, because the picture makes them look so good. The meal was edible (served them with sour cream mashed potatoes and lima beans), but we won't make this again.

Mara's Pork Chops

This was pretty good. I didn't use the eggs, bread crumbs or veggie oil, and didn't fry them at all. I put them in the baking dish raw, put the liquid mixture (after boiling and simmering) on top and baked them for an hour. These were great. 14 points for WW following the recipe, 10 without frying them.

Maple Baked Pork Loin Roast

I've made several pork loin recipes in the past and this was, by far, the best! I cooked it in my slow cooker, on low, for 11 hours. My husband really liked it, too. This will definitely be a "go to" recipe for us in the future!

Yummy Meatloaf

I made this for a family dinner we had (9 guests total) and everyone really enjoyed it!! I complimented it with mashed potatoes and candied carrots. I definitely recommend this for a run-of-the-mill meatloaf.
