White Chili IV

Oh so good! I mostly followed the recipe but I forget to get thyme and couldn't find any bay leaves. I used two small cans of green chiles instead of fresh. I added a liberal amount of hot sauce, and about 3 tablespoons of diced jalapenos. Perfect amount of spicy! I also used a variety of white beans. Pinto, great northern, and cannellini.

Curried Hummus

Very Good! I moved to a small town, and can't find the caliber hummus I'm used to. This recipe hits the spot! I used red curry, and the amount was perfect. Plenty of hot sauce really added a lot of body. I recommend just using the water as a general guide. Just add water until you get the consistency you like. I don't have a food processor or blender and I was still able to make this. Just mash up the chickpeas before you add any ingredients. It won’t be as creamy, but still oh so good! Thanks!

Chicken Alfredo

Good recipe! I did make some changes. I did not have broccoli on hand, so I used yellow bell pepper and a 1/2 a large onion. It turned out really nicely! To the sauce I added a little EVOO, parsley, and Italian seasoning. First bite, we both thought this dish would be really great spicy!! I think I will try that next time:)

Amanda's Stuffed Peppers

Very good dish!!! I added about 2 cups or so of the sauce into the meat before I stuffed the peppers. The meat was tender and juicy!! Will make this again!
