Breadsticks with Parmesan Butter

Perfect as is, although I have changed the recipe by over time. I halve the recipe using one whole egg, and substitute one cup AP floud with whole wheat. Definately a keeper! Also, I brush all the butter mixture on before baking. And I mix the dough in my bread machine.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

As is, I give the recipe 3 stars, we thought it had potential but didn't care for it as is. However over time I've improved it more to my family's liking. I put chicken breasts in the crockpot, add 1/8 cup WHITE wine vinegar, the juice of 2-3 limes, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, and cumin leaving out the oregano and I use a regular yellow or white onion rather than green onions. I cook it on low until done and shred it up. That way it's a 5 star recipe.

Cinnabun Cookies

I just got done making these cookies for the first time and wow, they are good. I rolled the dough out into one rectangle and put all of the brown sugar mixture on it and skipped the "dollip" part. I also froze the dough for half an hour before rolling out and then froze the log for 1 hour before cutting into cookies and baking. I also made a powdered sugar glaze and they taste a lot like cinnamon rolls! I will definately be making these to give out for the holiday's this year.

Tangy Apple Chicken Loaf

I followed the recipe exactly but none of us cared for it at all. My son normally eats any meatloaf I make but he wouldn't touch this. I'll stick with my usual turkeyloaf recipe.

Homemade Mozzarella Sticks

As is this recipe gets 4 stars...it's way too sweet. So the second time I made it I cut the sugar in half, it was still pretty sweet but really good.

Peanut Butter Pudding Pops

These were really good! I've made two batches so far. Both times I used skim milk and once I added a few tablespoons of cocoa powder. Definately will make again!

Pineapple Chicken Tenders

Crispy Fish

This fish is really good with some changes. For the first batch I followed the recipe exactly but the coating just didn't stick, so then I dipped it in eggs then in the breading mixture then back in the eggs and back in the breading to give an extra coating. Delicious!

Overall this is a pretty good cake, a bit to "eggy" tasting though, so next time I will cut down to 6 egg yolks. It's very moist and delicious!

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

These are really good! They do taste a lot like White Castle. The only change I made was to use 12 rolls instead of 24, I think using 24 rolls there wouldn't have been enough meat mixture on each burger. Will definately make these again.

Baked Honey Nut Chicken

Incredble!!!! I just made this the other day for the first time and it is amazing. Even better leftover and cold. I just got on here to review it and realized I completely forgot about the melted butter on top. Giving how good it was without it I will more than likely leave it off next time I make it...and there will be a next time! I guess the only other changes I made was to leave the chicken in the honey/egg mixture overnight and then I double coated it. Coated it once then redipped in the honey/egg mixture and then recoated. Seriously, the best chicken I've ever made. Even my husband absolutely loved it.

Fresh Pear Cake

I followed the directions exactly, while the taste is good the cake itself is pretty dry. I'm not sure why everyone else's turned out moist but mine is dry as can be? I definately think it's worth trying again with a bit of tweeking.
