This chili recipe made me famous! Everyone begs me to make it in the fall/winter. I did change a couple minor things: I use 3lbs of ground beef and one 2 cans of pinto beans. I also use an additional can of tomato sauce and a little more of the spices. The major change I made is using one 2 TBSP of chili powder. 1/2c was way too spicy for me! I also only use 1 jalapeno. These changes still give it a little kick without being too spicy and hot for us to handle. This recipe is easy enough to adjust to whatever taste you prefer.
