Indian Cauliflower

This was an excellent dish! My husband and I have adopted a vegan diet and are always looking for creative new dishes and this one was very enjoyable. I made it just as the recipe said and served it alondside a quinoa/brown rice blend.

Moroccan Chickpea Stew

This is an amazing recipe! I did have to cook it longer to soften the potatoes, but it was delicious and I will definitely be making this again. All of the spices combined with the sweetness of the raisins created a wonderful flavor.

Tomato Curry Chicken

I made this recipe exactly as written and my husband and I loved it. It had a sweet tangy taste. We will be adding this to our dinner rotation because it was so easy and yummy!
