Libby's® Pumpkin Cheesecake

Very good! My 2 year old son threw a fit while getting into our van on the way to Grandma's house for Thanksgiving and stomped on it leaving a big foot print, and people still couldn't stop eating it! Kinda gross, but the cheesecake was great!

Sausage Egg Casserole

I did change up the veggies, only because we didn't have everything on the list. We used mushrooms, onions, green onions, and green peppers. I also just threw them in the pan with the pork sausage and cooked it all together... no need for butter. We used 12 eggs instead of 10, didn't add the flour mixture to it, and it was fantastic! Everyone loved it!

Real Wisconsin Fried Cheese Curds

Not bad, but not the best cheesecurds we've had. We live in Wisconsin, so we know our cheese! The batter is just a little thicker than we like it to be, and it was pretty blah tasting. I think it would just need more seasoning the next time around, but definitely a keeper.

I've never liked these no matter where I've had them, but this recipe was great. I made them as a request for an appetizer during a game and they were gone in no time. Everyone loved them, thank you for changing my mind on these little guys!

Split Pea Soup

Very good recipe. Didn't have the ham bone anymore so I just shopped up the extra ham. Also didn't add a potato (hubby doesn't like them in soup). Will make again hopefully with the actual ham bone.

Baked Coconut Shrimp

So yummy... not really crunchy like it says in the description, but I got great reviews from everyone who ate them. I used 16-20 ct shrimp, which I think helped to decrease the dryness in the shrimp that some people had a problem with.

Mother's Applesauce Cake

This was a great cake! I made it for my son's 1st birthday and I got rave reviews from everyone at the party. I added two chopped apples at the very end before I poured the batter in the pan... it was awesome! I didn't use the icing from the recipe though, I made a cream cheese/heavy cream frosting. It was very light and not too sweet like some people have said about the origional recipe!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Very good recipe! I should've just made them as stated with the 2 cups of sugar, but I used 3 like most reviewers said. Way too much sugar, especially when frosting them too. But, a great recipe as written... will definitely use again without the extra sugar!

Fresh Tomato Basil Sauce

This was fantastic... I just wish that I would've waited to add the basil until the last 30 minutes of simmering. The smell and taste of the basil went away completely after simmering the whole time, but it smelled and tasted sooooo good before that!

Pretty good, but not as good as I thought it would be. I got pretty good reviews on it, but everyone still likes my pumpkin cheesecake or just plain New York cheesecake better.

Amish White Bread

After starting to make this bread, I realized that I only had 1 1/2 cups bread flour. I used whole wheat flour for the rest, added 1/4 cup of honey to compensate for that much ww flour, and it was great. Very sweet, so I would cut out the white sugar if I make it ww again.

Chocolate Pretzel Rings

Easy recipe... only thing was that I had to put them in the fridge for over a half hour because the chocolate wasn't firm enough after just 10 minutes. They taste great though!!
