Easy Chocolate Fudge Cake

This cake is so delicious! Everyone loved it and it is very easy to make! I did use more than 1/4 cup of walnuts. 1/4 cup just didn't seem like enough (maybe because I didn't fine chop them). I will be making this cake for years to come!

Sun-Dried Tomato Spread

I hate to say this recipe was terrible because I think used as a pasta sauce it would be okay, however, it would need to be thinned down some for a sauce and more spices added. The tomato paste was way too overbearing in this spread. I definitely will not make this again unless my playing with it will turn it into a great pasta sauce.

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

I thought this recipe was great! It was very easy to make, I didn't change or add anything. My husband said it was a little heavy for him, but that is was still good, he just couldn't eat a big portion because it filled him up so quickly. Definitely a keeper, I also would make it for company, I think I would get rave reviews.

Spinach Pinwheels

This is a very easy and tasty appetizer. Definitely put the dough back in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes for easier slicing. Next time a will use more of the cheese spread and might even stir the spinach into it before spreading. I will make these many more times I'm sure!

Chicken Noodle Soup

This is the easist chicken soup to make and so quick! I make it all the time and have given the recipe out to several people. Herb Ox Bouillon cubes are the best brand I've found, try them, they are a little more pricey but you can tell the difference in the flavor!

Chocolate Pound Cake I

This is the closest recipe I have ever found to my husband's grandmothers! He said it taste just like hers, which is a huge compliment! I've been trying to get her to teach me how to make it before the recipe is lost forever, but she's one of those cooks who doesn't measure anything, so it is really hard to pin down the actual measurements. Thank you so much for submitting this recipe. I tried mixing together the powdered sugar, cocoa and heavy cream like someone suggested and it turned into whipped cream instead. (I guess I stirred it a little too much!) But this cake does not need anything!! Thanks again!

Shrimp Linguine Alfredo

This was real easy to make. I doubled the sauce and put the cheese into it while still cooking, instead of on top. I think 2 tsp. of pepper was too much, even with the sauce doubled!! I put it into the sauce too. Next time I'll use white pepper. All in all this is a keeper!!

Famous Pork Chops

This recipe did not impress me. They definately have to go under the broiler in the end and it probably wouldn't hurt to cook them uncovered! The crackers were too mushy! Maybe I did something wrong, but I don't think so.

Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

Excellent flavor! I substituted 2 cans of chopped tomatoes for stewed, I think this is why my sauce never reduced even after cooking for 45 minutes. So I added about 2 tablespoons of italian seasoned tomato paste and it thickened right up to perfection! My husband raved about it! I may try it with chicken too!

Barbeque Halibut Steaks

This was my first attempt at cooking fish that turned out well! Every time I've fixed fish before it never tasted as good as eating it in a resturant so, I finally gave up trying. My dinner guests requested I grill fish so I turned to recipe finder and Duane, you saved me! THANK YOU!!
