Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
Delicious! Added 6 cups of broth as another reviewer recommended; however, it seemed to overpower the soup so next time I will stick with 5 as the recipe is written. Great combination of flavors, this is a more filling soup and is great served with bread and/or salad.

Oriental Cold Noodle Salad
This salad was very flavorful but I was not fond of the flavor combination. No one would eat these, but I think my family prefers more of the brown sugar/soy sauce/garlic flavor combinations in Asian cooking instead of the cilantro/lime/sesame oil.

Broccoli Chicken Roli
The whole family loved this! This roll was a very filling 'comfort food.' I had extra filling after stuffing the first roll of crescent rolls, next time I will make two rolls using two cans of crescent dough. The dijon mustard adds a nice tang. We will be adding this to regular rotation!
