This was really good. I used 1 box of penne pasta instead of 8 oz of bow tie pasta and it was perfect!

The Best Banana Pudding

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2009
It was good. Very sweet. I would use banana pudding next time as this didnt have a very strong banana flavor. 14 bananas? I could only fit 5, I'm not sure where the rest were supposed to go.

These were good. I had to cook them for a lot longer than the 1 hour.

Sugar Cookie Glaze

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2008
Not what I was looking for. It really needs some flavor added to it otherwise it doesn't taste very good. When I followed the recipe, I found it too runny. I liked how it hardend up though. I won't make this again.

Candied Apples II

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2008
I really wanted to make candy apples so I bought one of those kits. Bad idea! It did not turn out well at all. I didn't want to give up so I gave this recipe a try. I'm very glad I did. It was VERY easy! I added the food coloring and some cinnamon extract at 210 degrees and never stirred. It didn't quiet make 15 for me (it made 11). I used granny smith apples in bag. It has a nice look to it when it is on the apples and taste great! I'll make these again next year!

Apple Butter I

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2008
Really easy to make. It does not need 12 hours. The spices were really strong but good. I cut the sugar by 1 cup and used 1/2 brown and 1/2 white. Smells yummy and had a deep rich color.

Polvorones de Canele (Cinnamon Cookies)

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2008
These were easy to make. I like cinnamon, so I'd add more to the recipe. The recipe didn't make that much so I'd also double it.

Graham Cracker Crust I

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2008
These were great! I used 60% cocoa chips. I only got 28 cookies though. I suppose if you made them small then you could get 48, but why make them small if you don't have to? :0) I baked them for 8 min and they were VERY soft. Anything less than 8 min they wouldn't hold their shape. These would be freaking awsome with peanut butter chips too!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2008
These looked great. They were easy to make. Smelled good too. However, they didn't taste great. They were average in taste. It was almost like it was missing something (perhaps vanilla?). The topping made enough for 2 batches. This made enough for 12 muffins.

Beef Tips and Noodles

I made this via the good 'ol crock pot method. It was good. I added some caraway seeds and tabasco sauce for flavor. It was great! You could also use rice instead of noodles. I'll be making this one again.
