I made this for a party and it was surprisingly good. I wasn't really sure about the cinnamon, and I'm still not convinced that I liked the cinnamon in it, but my friends said that they thought it added a unique flavor that made it great, so I'll take their word on it. However, next time I'll try it without the cinnamon just to see how I like it.

Quick and Easy Pancit

I love Pancit, but haven't had it in years. This was delicious! I did cut back to 3 carrots and added 1 stalk of celery. I really liked it topped with Sriracha hot sauce on my plate because I like a little heat. I will definitely make this again.

Green Chili Stew

I followed the recipe except that I used chicken broth instead of water and I had to add more cumin than called for. I think this is a pretty good starting point but I will change it up some next time. Next time I'll season the meat before I brown it. I like heat and this didn't have any so I'll probably spice it up some. And I'm not sure if I like the tomatoes in it. I might omit the tomatoes next time. But all in all this is worth trying if you like green chile.

Round Steak Sauerbraten

I followed the recipe exactly. I thought maybe 1 Tbs. of onion powder sounded like a lot but I did use that much and it was fine. For some reason the meat was a little dry but the flavor of the dish was good.

Hearty Skillet Supper

We loved it. I also added thin cut celery and probably another cup of water because it seemed to absorb the first cup pretty fast. We also liked it with a little more soy sauce than what it called for, but that's just our taste. I will surely make this again.

Simple Beef Stroganoff

For a quick stroganoff this was easy and good. I only used about 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder, and added about the same amount of onion powder. Since I had some leftover rice to use up, I used rice instead of noodles. Very good!

Sunday Chicken

I used 1 cream of chicken and 2 cream of mushroom. Poured butter over the chicken before seasoning, baked 1 hour at 350 Degrees. It was good and I will make it again, but I will cut back on the butter as it was a bit greasy. I think the chicken fat probably contributed to that as well. Otherwise, this is very good.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

I didn't have cilantro so I left that out. I also used store bought tortilla chips and added a can of black beans as others suggested and sprinkled some cheese on each bowl of soup. Other than that I followed the recipe and it was delicious!

Fabulous Wet Burritos

Almost Stuffed Peppers

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Fried Rice with Ham

Chile Rice Casserole

I used cream of mushroom soup and doubled the recipe. It was delicious although the sour cream was almost a bit too much. I might try cutting that back next time however I suspect the rice needs that extra moisture.

White Chili I

Cream Of Green Chile Soup

Delish! I also purchased a roast chicken at the grocery store, and diced up one breast and added to this soup. Instead of the corn tortillas I just used tortilla chips. Personally I would like it a little thicker so next time may thicken it up with a little cornstarch. Wow what flavor!

Andy's Spicy Green Chile Pork

I made this with a large Pork Shoulder (7lbs) and doubled up on everything except the onion. I also added cumin and garlic as others suggested. This had a great flavor but was a little greasy, probably because I used such a large pork shoulder. I will make this again but use a smaller roast, trim all the fat, and cube up the meat before putting in the crokpot. I expect that the results will then be fantastic.
