Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

After over 5000 reviews nobody probably needs my 2 cents worth, but the first time I made these cookies was for my son's school birthday treats when he was in early grade school, every year before his birthday they would ask if he was going to bring "those big cookies". We were asked last spring to bring them to his 7th grade end of year party. I have made these cookies dozens of times and they are consistantly big, fat and chewy! I triple the batch when I make them, follow the recipe as posted, and bake them on the extra large airbake cookie sheets. Thanks for a great cookie recipe!

Antipasto Pasta Salad

loved this. made this for a family gathering and it was eaten up. i did mix a little oil and balsalmic vinger and stirred it in the next day to moisten as i mixed the dressing in the night before. used sliced black olives instead of chopped. definitely sprinkle grated parmesan on top, looks great! will make again. thank you!

i don't know why but my lasagna never seems to turn out everytime. i made this recipe because i had to contribute a pan of lasagna for our annual church dinner.(fundraiser). it looked and tasted great!

Super-Simple, Super-Spicy Mongolian Beef

we have been eating this every other week for 3 months now. my 12 year old son would eat it every day, i think. I did cut down to 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes to make it family friendly. one time i doubled the recipe, froze half and thawed it in refrigerator before cooking as usual. worked great! sometimes i add sliced green and red peppers or broccoli. it always is good. thank you for a wonderful recipe!

i used the peppers and juice from pickled jalapeno slices and red pepper flakes instead of cayenne. we love this on grilled burgers. yum!

Chocolate Pudding Fudge Cake

excellent cake! i have baked this a in a Bundt pan and also in 9 inch layers. In the layer cake i made a lightly flavored choc. buttercream and piped between layers that had been covered with a chocolate glaze. this is my chocolate loving son's favorite!

Banana Prune Muffins

Wonderful!!!I made these muffins 2 days ago,doubled the recipe and froze them. We can thaw them in the microwave for 15 seconds. My family loves them for snacks and a quick breakfast. Wouldn't change a thing. Thank you Lisa. :)
