Chicken Stuffed Chiles

I made this last night and it came out great. I did substitute green chile enchilada sauce. Thanks for a great recipe I can add to the rotation.

PJ's Sweet Potato Mash

I'm not a huge sweet potato fan but I love this recipe. The honey and horseradish flavors are a great combination. The only change I made was that I used skim milk instead of cream. Thanks for a great recipe!

Wedding Cake Icing

I used this to top white almond wedding cake cupcakes (found on this website). At first, I thought it was going to be too sweet as I was taste-testing it from the bowl. Once I put it on the cupcake, it was perfect. I doubled the almond extract and added one more tablespoon of water. I did not think it left a greasy feel on the roof of my mouth like others described. I will definitely make again. Thanks!

World's Best Lasagna

This lasagna recipe was pretty good. As I was making (and tasting) the sauce, I had very high hopes that it would turn out great. I found that I needed more ricotta as I was assembling the lasagna. I feel that this would have been better if I used pasta sheets instead of lasagna noodles. It was just too noodle-y to me and it took away from the great flavor of the sauce. I did make the sauce again to serve over spaghetti. It was that good!

White Almond Wedding Cake

Wow, this was fantastic! I used this recipe to make cupcakes and topped with wedding cake icing (found on this website). This cake recipe tops any bakery cake I've ever tasted. I didn't change a thing and glad I didn't. It's perfect as written. Thanks for a fabulous recipe!
