I love this recipe because it's quick and versatile and you can make it a whole lot healthier, very easily. I used reduced fat crescent rolls, and substituted ground turkey for beef. I used light cheddar cheese (p.s. you don't need the entire bag - just enough to spread on top). And instead of adding an entire layer of sour cream, I just put a dollop on top of each piece after serving. I also added a layer of salsa (after the turkey) which gave it a little kick. Delicious! next time I'll try adding a layer of low fat refried beans. Oh and one thing the recipe does not mention is to spray your baking pan with cooking spray (duh - simple thing, but I forgot and mine stuck to the pan) :)
