I can't say enough great things about this recipe. First off, I'm way more of a baker than a cook...and most of the dinners that I make that don't already come in a box end up coming out pretty poor..I'm fully ready to admit that. Now that that's out in the open, this recipe was SUPER easy to follow. I followed it to a T except I subbed rosemary for thyme. Every step went off without a hitch and by the time I was done, I was super proud of myself, it looked and smelled great...but I had that one burning question left...did it taste good? The answer is YES, it was delicious! On par with something my husband might make, and he's a chef! I highly recommend this recipe to anyone, but especially to the fumbling cook such as myself ;) If you're a novice cook and need to make a dinner for guests-I'd say this is your #1 fool-proof guest pleaser! Also great for any occasion though.
