Tangy Honey Glazed Ham

This was fantastic! Had this for sunday dinner w/ the in-laws and they kept saying how good it was! Very easy and smells great. I used it on a shank portion of ham which hadn't been pre-cooked, but I just stuck the ham in an oven bag and then for the last 45 min opened the bag and basted the ham w/ the glaze. Very good and will definitley use again!

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

This is great! Have made this many times and is one of my favorite ways to prepare pork tenderloin. Definitley add mushrooms!

Grandma VanDoren's White Bread

This recipe is a no-brainer, which I love! So easy and very good. My only small gripe is that is seems to dry out after a couple of days, but it usually doesn't last that long!

Playgroup Granola Bars

Made 2 batches of these yesterday. 1st one w/ a cranberry and raisin mix and the 2nd w/ just craisins. The second batch worked better for me, I think that I cooked the 1st a tad too long. I used a previous suggestion of leaving a 1 in. gap in the pan. These turned out really chewy and good! Recieved many compliments, and I like how you can add so many different things!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

My 2 yr. old has been on a pancake kick so I decided to give these a try. I have made them several times and they turned out okay, but today I followed a few of the suggestions and now they are awesome! I warmed the milk a little, added a dash of nutmeg and some vanilla and also decreased the salt a smidge. Tasted great! Thanks for a good easy breakfast recipe!!

Amish White Bread

Made this last night and I am very happy with the results. Very easy and tastes great! I have always been nervous to make bread, something about it always scared me but I made this with no trouble at all. Definitly a keeper!

Honey Bun Cake I

Made this as a dessert for a book reading group I have. We read "Secret Life of Bees" so I thought this would be a cute refreshment. Very moist and terribly good. Many of the ladies loved it and asked for the recipe. Took the suggestion to layer the cinn. and brown sugar mixture and swirl, it turns out very pretty. Love it when something this easy taste so great. Thanks!

Guinness® Corned Beef

Awesome recipe! The hubby loves this one and has a tendency to request it. I personally don't change any of the ingredients, I just pop the beef into the crock pot for as long as possible (up to 18 hrs. on low) and it is sooooo tender. Easy and good! Can't get better than that!!

White Berry Pie

This was a really fun and pretty recipe! I did up the filling amounts to fill my crust and I ended up having to blend the whip topping with the beaters becauces things got a little clumpy when I folded. I also sliced my strawberries and added a little shortening to the rest of the chocolate to help it drizzle better. Happy with the looks and the taste! Thanks!

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

My husband loved this recipe! I've made 4-5 times and so far so good. Really tasty, the only complaint is that I usually have too many bread crumbs left over. Other than that it's a keeper!
