Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
Very good chicken! Spicy, but not too much. I didn't use thyme because I didn't have any, nor did I use onion powder because I don't like it. I doubled everything else because it didn't seem like enough. My boyfriend and I loved it and called it a keeper!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
I don't like home made macaroni and cheese, but I thought this was pretty good. Two people said it was by far the best they'd ever had, two people hated it because of the cottage cheese. I guess it's a touch and go recipe, you can't please everyone!

Pasta Pascal
I made this as stated, although added fresh basil as a personal preference. There was entirely too much pasta! I would definitely only use a half pound. It also seems bland regardless of the various spices. Adding parmesan cheese adds just the right taste and is delicious!
