this cheesecake is very, very good. I listened to some of the other reviews, like adding another bar of creamcheese, another egg, increased the sugar and O MY GOSH...delicious.What I did do different, was use a 8" springform pan so the cake was thicker, which came out terrific. I up'd the cooking time to 75 min though, with a water bath. Also, added the flour, sugar and butter crumble just to top it iff and make it look pretty....This cake is a HIT!!!!
