Chicken Marsala

This recipe was one of the best I have made of chicken marsala. Very simple, but super delicious and I didn't change a thing.

Chicken Quesadillas

Not sure why, but this was my first time making quesdillas. These were so delicious and super easy. We loved the texture of the shredded chicken and the cheese mixture. Thanks so sharing!

Ma Ma's Sugar Cookies

I followed the recipe exactly and needed about a cup more flour. Easy for the cut-out cookies, but the taste is just ok. I don't think I will make these again.

Loved this, especially my hubby and I...the kids not as much. I didn't have heavy cream on hand so I used fat free half and half and it was still delicious! Great recipe!

Slow Cooker Garlic Mashed Potatoes

I made these potatoes not long ago and they were incredible. My entire family loved them. I loved that I prepared them in the morning and didn't have to do a thing to them all day. Perfect!!

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Excellent recipe. I used butter crackers, not cheese crackers and it came out great. The meatloaf wasn't dry at all. I also made a glaze that one of the other reviewers mentioned.

This recipe was good, not great. I felt I should have made more of the sauce than what the recipe suggested and I only made 4 chops. Also I think they would have been better if I actually marinated them for a few hours instead of just putting the sauce on and then baking right away. The flavor was very good though!
