Mama's Italian Wedding Soup

Yummy! Had to use beef stock because I didn't have chicken, used orzo, and pre-cooked the meatballs in the oven for 15 min.

Thai Pineapple Chicken Curry

Very good! A favourite restaurant used to have a pineapple chicken curry pasta recipe but they stopped making it and I've been looking for something similar ever since. This is very close! Had to make a few changes though. Did what another reviewer suggested and sauteed the curry and then added the chicken. I did have to thicken it a bit in the end and I added some cilantro, I also made penne instead of rice. This will be a regular in my house!

Chicken Milano

Very good recipe! I made a few changes, I cubed the chicken, cooked penne instead of fettuccini, and added some asiago cheese. I had to add some corn starch to thicken the sauce which I wish I had doubled. Would have given it 5 stars but not enough sauce, delicious flavors though!

Best Spinach Dip Ever

This recipe was amazing! Everyone loved it at my husband's birthday party. The only changes I made were I used a whole package of spinach and I used vegetable soup mix instead of leek.

Cannelloni Florentine

This recipe is a new favorite for my boyfriend and I. I never follow recipes exactly so I made a few changes. Beef instead of veal, instead of roasting I just fried the mixture. I also use the noodles you don't have to pre-cook. It saves a huge mess. I also don't make a tomato sauce; I just pour a can or two of ground tomatoes over and it works great. Such a delicious recipe!
