Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2009
Very easy and very good! I used 1 cup of milk and added 1 tsp. of vanilla for some extra flavour. They are very pale when they done - they look uncooked but they are. Will definatley make these again!!

Chocolate Balls

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2008
These were really good and pretty easy to make. The only thing was that the balls were a little hard to dip in the chocolate because they are so soft. So, I put them in the freezer for a few minutes first - it made them much easier to work with.

Red Fruity Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2008
Wasn't very impressed with this. The amount of berries wasn't nearly enough to cover the crust, and there was too much of the topping - didn't use it all.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2008
I only made 1 pie - should have made 2!! Everyone loved it! I cut back on the peanut butter - I only used 1/2 cup and the icing sugar - I used 2 cups. I found that only half of the pudding was not enough so I used the whole package. I will definately make this again!

Marshmallow Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2008
Loved these!! The only thing I did differently was I left out the nuts. They are hard to tell when they are done because of the marshmallows - I took them out and looked at the bottom. Will definatley make these again!!

Peppermint Patties

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2007
I will make a couple of changes the next time I make these. First, use less icing sugar (maybe 3 1/2 cups - I needed to add more condensed milk). I also needed more chocolate, maybe 4 cups. Second, use parchment paper instead of waxed paper - it doesn't stick. It was easier to get them off the paper when they were cold, so I put them in the freezer for about 1/2 an hour. Wait for the chocolate to be almost cooled - it needs to be runny still. Instead of a fork, I used small tongs (the ones that are like a triangle), and drop the pattties into the chocolate, flip them over them take them out. Very good recipe - will make again for Christmas!
