Apricot Chicken I

This recipe came out fabulous. The chicken is so tender and moist. The flavors are so great together and the combination of smells when it's cooking is divine. This has become one of those staple meals in our house. Thanks for sharing, Shirley!

Quiche Lorraine I

This quiche was the best! And so easy to make! Even the most finicky of eaters at my house asked for seconds. I served it with the "Spring Strawberry Spinach Salad" also from this site and it was a HUGE HIT! Thanks for a great recipe, Jennifer!

Anniversary Chicken I

The flavor of this recipe was fantastic, but the amount of liquid really makes this kind of soupy. Maybe it was the way I prepared this but I didn't think that it was very pleasing on the eyes. Thanks for sharing Vicki!

Famous Butter Chicken

Sadly to say I didn't have the awesome results everyone else did. I thought that the coating didn't hold up very well and that the flavor was pretty bland. I will say this, they were very moist though.

Mexican Baked Fish

Double-Decker Fudge

By far the easiest and most delicious fudge recipe out there. It is melt in your mouth delicious. I made this as teacher appreciation gifts at my kids schooled and I had people begging for the recipe.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

This recipe was fantastic! I had way too much of the cheese mixture left-over at the end but that's alright. It was even better tasting the second day. The flavors are terrific together and even my picky 6 year old asked for seconds. I made it with Spanish rice and cornbread. This will definitely become a staple meal in my house. Kettle Corn

Yummy nummy! Tastes delicious! A word to the wise...keep stirring the sugar until your arm feels like it will break off. Otherwise you won't get a nice even coating. I had easily made 20 batches of this stuff since getting the recipes. Never again will I pay for the prepackaged stuff! Thanks Sue!

Kielbasa and Potato Bake

This recipe was great!! We had NO leftovers!! :( I can't understand the reviewers who said they had to bake for longer. How big were your cubes?? Try thin slicing the taters next time. And too much garlic??? Are you people nuts?? Next time I'm adding MORE garlic!! I think that I'll probably add onions too, and perhaps cheese topping the last 15 minutes of baking! Thanks Geneva for sharing this great recipe with us! It's a keeper at this house!

Spring Strawberry Spinach Salad

Everyone had the same reaction when I tried to explain the salad I was making for Easter dinner. Then they tried it. WOW!!!! The combination of flavors is GREAT!!! Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

These were delicious!!!!! I made them with my Easter dinner and they turned out fabulous. My only complaint was that I left them in too long and the top got a little burnt. But, I will chalk that up to high elevation cooking. It was "operator error" on my part and not because of the recipe. I will definitely make these again and again.

Honey Glazed Ham

My Easter ham came out great. The only complaints I might have is that I had a TON of the glaze leftover. Also, make sure you have a GREAT basting brush. The glaze is quite thick and you'll end up with hairs on your ham if you use a ratty old brush.

Crab Quiche I

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Only one word to say......YUM!!! Wait, make that two words, YUM and WOW!!! This bread is GREAT. It is easy to make, costs next to nothing for the ingredients and EVERYONE loves it. This has become my new favorite bread. I actually have something to make with all those extra cans of pumpkin puree!!! Great recipe!!

Prime Rib
