Get a Husband Brunswick Stew
I hate to read reviews where people make all sorts of adjustments and then leave their opinion. I made this last weekend with an adjustment - I used beef and pork stew meat instead of ground - otherwise I followed exactly. I cooked it in my 6 qt. crock pot and I'm glad the recipe made a large quantity with enough for leftovers because it is delicious. I don't know if it is authentic or not but everyone here loved it. Served initially in a bowl over a scoop of homemade mashed potatoes and then had leftovers with egg noodles. Will definitely make again. Perfect for a cold day.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake
I make this all the time and it is always a hit. In oven now for Valentine's Day tomorrow. Heart shaped bundt pan, red velvet cake mix, white chocolate pudding and white chips. Can't wait to try it.

Best Buttercream Frosting
I posted this recipe and I am glad so many of you have tried it. It is certainly my favorite frosting. As a kid whenever my mother was making a cake this was the frosting that went on "Aunt Mary's Chocolate Cake", which I have posted also. I just wanted to add, after reading several reviews, I have never used powered (confectioners) sugar. All the years I have made this (and my mother before me) I have always used regular/granular sugar. The trick is to just beat the c**p out of it. Enjoy!
