Layered Mint Chocolate Fudge
This turned out more like chocolate candy than fudge. The taste was great but the texture was closer to a candy bar than fudge.

Artichoke Spinach Dip
This was really good but, I modified it pretty heavily. I halved the sour cream and cream cheese and added heafty portions of Romano and Asiago cheeses.

Chocolate Rum Balls I
These were really good. I used Sailor Jerry's and they came out a bit strong. I will have to try the Captain next time.
