Pork Tenderloin Stew
I followed the recipe closely, except I forgot to put in the sour cream. Ooops. Also, I added mushrooms that I sauteed seperately in a bit of olive oil. I agree with others that it didn't seem to be enough liquid to be a stew, but I served it with a rice pilaf and it was delicious all the same.

Terrific Turkey Chili
Great recipe! I used ground beef since that is what I had on hand. I also added about 3/4 lb. diced mushrooms and instead of the can of green chile, I served it with jalapenos so everyone could make it spicy to their liking...my hubby likes alot and my son...not so much! Thanks.

Southwestern Egg Rolls
Great Recipe...they were a hit at the party I took them to last night. I made a few substitutions for what I had on hand: I used pinto beans instead of black beans and cilantro in place of parsley. Also, I had some extra shredded chicken that I was using for another recipe...so I used that. I baked mine in a 475 degree oven for about 15 mins...oh and I didn't freeze them cause I didn't have the time. Turned out great.
