Traditional White Bread

So good!! I made a couple changes. I dissolved the sugar and yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and then used 2 cups of potato water for the balance. I also use bacon drippings as the fat and cut it into a cup of the flour before adding to the wet mixture. Best success I have ever had with bread.!!
